What is covered by warranty?
We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why LeMing offers a two-year warranty from the date you receive your order for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry.
Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of LeMing.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please contact the LeMing customer service team with your order information, product photos, and a description of the issue.

Important warranty terms
By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Return of impacted product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.
- If the item is in stock and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
- If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
- Third-party vendors: Items purchased through a third-party vendor outside of LeMing’s official website, LeMing’s Shenzhen offline store, or official authorized channels may be subject to a different warranty policy. Please check the details from where the item was purchased.
- Third-party services: Using a third-party repair service will void LeMing’s warranty. LeMing does not accept warranty claims for items with post-purchase modifications.
- Promotional products: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.
Looking for extra protection?
For extra peace of mind, LeMing may offer an optional jewelry protection program for selected products. This plan may provide additional coverage for accidental damage and product failures.
- Accidental damage: Protection for the product from unintentional breaks, drops, bends, and similar damage.
- Product failures: Mechanical or operational failure during normal use, including defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product not to function as designed.
The protection plan may also cover services such as refinishing, polishing, cleaning and re-polishing, resetting diamonds or gemstones, and resizing. Please note that resizing may be limited to one resizing per year, with a maximum of two sizes up or down.
The protection plan does not cover damage caused by abnormal use, failure to follow care instructions, lost or stolen items, damage caused by animals, damage caused by natural disasters, or damage already covered by insurance policies or other agreements.
How do I purchase the jewelry protection plan?
The jewelry protection plan can only be purchased at the time an order is placed on LeMing’s official website or at LeMing’s Shenzhen offline store. It is not available for products purchased through third-party retailers or unofficial channels.
I have a jewelry protection plan. How do I submit a claim?
To submit a claim, please contact the LeMing customer service team with your order information, product photos, and a description of the issue.
Important:
- If your jewelry cannot be repaired, LeMing may provide a compensation solution equivalent to the original value of your jewelry so you can replace your piece. Please note that the original item may not be returned to you.
- If you return your jewelry, LeMing will process the refund according to the amount paid. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, you may receive a prorated refund of your protection plan, less any paid claims. Please see the terms and conditions for more details.
What should I do if I experience any issues during the claim process?
Please contact the LeMing customer service team. We will help you follow up on your claim and provide further assistance.
Can I cancel my jewelry protection plan?
You may request to cancel the protection plan within 30 days of purchase if no claims have been filed. If eligible, you may receive a full refund.
