Standard Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible orders, starting from the date your package is delivered.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of use or damage
- All original packaging, tags, boxes, and pouches must be included
- Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set
- Orders must be returned from the same country they were originally shipped to
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or engraved products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items
- Intimate products not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
Return Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference, sizing issues, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Gift Returns

Incorrect Return Items
Please ensure the correct items are returned.
Due to logistics and warehouse limitations, we cannot store or return non-Leming items sent by mistake.
